Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Officejet 3835 and have just changed the cartridges except the colour cartridge refused to work despite umpteen attempts. Have I tried to replace it to soon? The replacement black is fine. What do I do. I am coming up to 79 so finding the answer on line has been daunting. HELP!

Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?

 

If yes, We would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

Colour cart remove and reinstall instruction does not solve problem. check software and firmware updates still no solution. did hard power down - pulled cable. still not working. Have account but cannot order new cartridge as it says its fine. what can I do next
