My printer has a cartridge error message. I have re-seated the cartridge but this does not fix the problem.
None of the suggest support pages make any difference.
I have tried to WhattsApp the help centre in Ireland but it was long and tedious and eventually told me that the black carteidge was faulty when my computer is telling me its the colour one!
I cannot replace the cartridge as I have no spare Instant Ink.
I cannot request a new instant ink cartridge as HP Smart Apps says there is a error in the cartridge.
So I'm stuck - do I cancel Instant Ink and go back to buying cartridges ? Very frustrated.
