I had an issue with black cartridge being recognised, spoke to support and they said they'd send another one on 1st May. No shipment number a day later so I contacted them again and they said it'd been shipped and the tracking number would update within 24 hours and it hasn't, now it is 4 days later, the 5th. Cannot contact HP support today.

I am really disappointed with this service, twice now my cartridge has failed. I rely on my printer for my business, I'm now losing money. Please can someone get this resolved for me.

I finally got a response, after I had to purchase an ink cartridge. The agents said that it was shipping through Royal Mail and that was the reason for the delay, except that the delivery company HP uses is actually DHL so that was a lie. Really angry about being lied to about my ink cartridges that weren't being shipped when there was a clear error with it.
