Hi - I have an old 8610 on the 'frequent printing' option although I upgraded last week to 'heavy' as I was running out ... sadly at the same time my printhead gave up the ghost ... this was last night and I am now in my new billing period by a few hours!
So - I want to buy the Envy 6220 with 12 months instant ink ... can I add this to my account as a replacement printer and still get the benefit of the 12 months free at the 'heavy printing' level that I am signed up for? Or do I need to register it as a new printer on a new account to get advantage of the 12 month offer?
Any help would be appreciated as the HP support site is rubbish at giving you answers and the virtual agent says the support centre in the UK is closed.

The offer if available will be mentioned on the printer box. If not mentioned, you will not get the free months. This is a promotional offer.
