There's more to my inquiry than I have patience to type out right now, but basically I am trying to replace the printer associated with my Instant Ink account and am getting nowhere. Having jumped through all the hoops, I now have a notification telling me to "click here start your printer replacement... and when I click, a new tab opens with nothing in it. A blank page that isn't even trying to load. Any suggestions?
