Hi - I've been enrolled in the Instant Ink scheme for a while, and I've received replacements automatically till now. My tri-colour cartridge 63/302 is faulty and according to the instant ink page, a replacement wont be ordered until I resolve the issue. The message asks me to remove the cartridge, the virtual assistance asks me to clean the contacts (which I have tried) but the error keeps returning even after a power cycle. Is there a way to order a replacement or do I need to source my own?

Hi, I have an Instant Ink account attached to my Envy 4527, S/N [edited] Product No. J6U61B and have exactly the same problem. Up until today removing and reinstalling the tri-colour cartridge allowed the print process to continue (thankfully I still had the 302 setup colour cartridge which seems to still have just enough ink to register as 'working'). Cleaning the contacts and power cycling as described online has no effect. Hoping a FOC replacement cartridge can be sent to fix my problem. Thanks
