Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just replaced my instant ink cartridges but keep getting 'remove and reinstall indicated cartridge' as an error message.

I have done so several times, tried switching the printer off and on, and cleaned the terminals but still getting the message everytime I try to print. I put the old cartridge back in and it printed fine, faulty cartridge?
