I'm trying to replace my old printer that broke with a new one on my instant ink account but all I get is SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to replace your printer on the instant ink account.
Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
