I can't seem to find a way to print off or request a pre-paid return label for the unused instant ink cartridges that I have have left after canceling my plan. Please see attached image showing that there isn't a spot as noted in the FAQ in which I could click to print off a return label.

I have posted a picture via attachment in the original post and edited it when I noticed it wasn't visible with a new picture but it still isn't visible.
My instant ink account is closed out and I have a couple cartridge's to return but no return envelope or prepaid label. The FAQ isn't helpful as the area it wants you to click on isn't available once your account is canceled (that's what I am showing in the screenshots). How do I get a return label?
