HP Recommended

I cant seem to find where to order a recycled envelope to return my cartridges after cancelling my services.

When i login, there are no options just options to sign up for the subscription again.

@bee1231, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink anymore, you will not be able to order a recycle envelope from your Instant Ink account.

HP Planet Partners printing supplies return and recycling program enables simple, convenient recycling of empty HP Inkjet and LaserJet print cartridges.

When your HP Inkjet print cartridge is empty, visit www.hp.com/recycle. Just select the type of product and HP will supply prepaid shipping materials for your empty HP print cartridges.

Additionally, to make recycling easier than ever, some new HP Inkjet print cartridges (HP 56 and HP 57) include a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope you can use to return empty print cartridges.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
