Deskjet 3520 All in one Printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Our HP Deskjet 3520 All in One printer has a problem with the black ink not printing. I have done everything I can think to do, Have used HP's Printer and Scan Doctor and nothing is working to get the black ink to print. I am not opposed to buying a new All in One, however, I JUST ordered and received brand new 564 ink cartridges that are not opened, haven't been used and no one seems to be able to tell me how to return brand new cartridges to HP and get a credit for them on whatever cartridges I need for a new printer. Please help. This should be an easy thing to find. Even a phone number for HP would be helpful.
Thanks.
