Hi @TJ5256,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you need to return HP ink cartridges, you can follow the steps below.
- Verify the eligibility for return: Check the HP website or contact customer support to ensure that your ink cartridge is eligible for return.
- Prepare the package: Place the ink cartridge in its original packaging, along with any other materials that were included. Make sure that the package is securely sealed.
- Fill out the return form: Fill out the return form provided by HP. This will include your contact information, the reason for return, and the original order number.
- Attach the return label: Attach the return label provided by HP to the package. If there is no return label, you can print one from the HP website.
- Send the package: Send the package using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping.
- Confirm receipt: After HP receives your package, they will send you a confirmation email or message. Keep this for your records.
I hope this helps.
