After 6 emails since 12-13-20 to [personnal information removed] I am unable to get a response from HP concerning the returning of unused & unopened ink that I have leftover since my hp8710 failed. That printer was under warranty but was replaced with a 9010 printer. Does anyone have an idea on who else I can contact at HP to resolve this?
