I’ve been A member of the HP instant Inc. program for two years plus, it’s been two years since they’ve sent me one of the tricolor cartridges for my printer but they continue to collect their money every single month. Pretty sure based on other reviews I’ve read on this community that they are a rip off if you are a member or at your system and see what you’re getting for your money also Customer service is a freaking joke kept me on hold twice in the last week for over an hour each time asked to speak to a manager that basically cannot do anything for you is not willing to compensate you for what you’re out. In short HP ink is a bunch of **bleep**!
