Hello,
I found out that the Instant Ink program is a rip off. If you cancel, then you will no longer be able to use the ink cartridges that you already received, even though you paid for the subscription. They claim that you are paying for the amount of pages that you print. What? I bought the paper. I bought the printer. I pay for the electricity and I have to pay you to print?
I thought I was paying for a subscription to receive new ink cartridges when the ink runs out of the ones that I used. Nope!
What a rip off! This is absolutely absurd and I plan to tell everyone I know (most of them are writers and teachers so they use a lot of ink) to never buy HP.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
