I have a 50 page plan for nearly a year, but never use that many over the month,  but I  never have any roll over pages, why?

Hi @DMC68,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are looking for help with your instant ink account.

Please find the below image which has information related to how rollover pages work.

The maximum rollover balance depends on your plan pages.

If you downgrade your plan, you get a new rollover maximum. You lose any rollover pages over what your new plan allows.

Follow the below steps to find the rollover balance for your instant ink account.

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.
  2. Click Instant Ink in the left menu if that option appears. Otherwise, click Home.
  3. Look for rollover pages in the Status area.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
