HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I am on a plan with a maximum of 100 pages and had 159 rollover pages last month. I only used 89 pages last month so should have 11 more rollover pages for this month.

However, my rollover pages have disappeared to zero and I don’t know why.

Do the rollover pages expire after a certain period or carry on indefinitely?

I would appreciate a prompt response.

Many thanks.

Hi @tommolcfc

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you want to know about roll over pages validity and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

there are a few key points to keep in mind.

  • Monthly Rollover: Unused pages from a given month roll over to the next month, but there is a limit to how many pages you can accumulate. For example, if you are on a 10-page plan and only use 5 pages in one month, the remaining 5 pages roll over to the next month.
  • Accumulation Limit: HP Instant Ink plans typically have a maximum rollover limit. If you exceed this limit, the extra rollover pages might be lost. This limit can vary depending on your specific plan.
  • Cancellation or Changes: If you cancel your Instant Ink plan or switch to a different plan, you may lose any unused rollover pages, depending on the terms of your plan.

So, as long as you stay within your plan and manage your page usage, you shouldn't lose your rollover pages at the end of 6 months. Just be aware of the rollover limits and any potential impact of plan changes.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @fig_newton300

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you want to know about the roll over pages,  I'm here to help you today.

Yes, rollover pages in HP Instant Ink do have an expiration period. Typically, rollover pages are valid for 6 months from the date they were accrued. If you don't use your printer regularly, your unused rollover pages will accumulate up to a maximum number specified by your Instant Ink plan

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
