Having just changed my plan, where I had 300 rollover pages - to a lower volume plan - my previous rollover pages have disappeared?

@Wolfchaz, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Rollover Pages:
- Unused pages from your monthly plan automatically roll over to the next month.
- There's a maximum rollover limit based on your specific plan.
- If you downgrade your plan, a new rollover maximum applies, and any rollover balance exceeding that limit will be lost.
Additional Page Charges:
- Printing beyond your monthly plan and any rollover balance will result in charges for additional pages.
- These additional pages are billed in blocks, with the block size determined by your plan.
- Any unused pages within these additional page blocks will also roll over for future use.
Consider Upgrading:
- If you regularly pay for additional page blocks, upgrading to a plan with a higher monthly allowance may be more economical.

I hope this helps.
