Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I bought a new hp printer and it came with 6 month instant ink.  I already had an instant ink plan.  It added the trial onto my existing account.  That is fine, I have no problem with that.  I did not expect my roller over pages to disappear.  I had about 900 roll over pages, now I have zero.  I homeschool and the amount I print varies from month to month.  We are still billed when we don’t print as much.

Hi @Tajem,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Have you made any changes to your current plan? Or added a new printer to your existing account?

If you downgrade the plan from 300 pages to 100 pages, the maximum rollover pages you can have is 200 pages. If you have more than 600 pages accumulated from the last billing cycle everything will be lost.

However, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
