HI @LAC1947,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you are referring to rollover data or balance from a service that carries over unused portions from one month to the next, such as data plans, minutes, or subscription services. If your rollover pages balance from last month has disappeared and is showing as nil this month, there could be several reasons for this. Here are some possible causes and steps to resolve the issue:

Possible Causes and Solutions

Billing Cycle Reset:

  • Check if your service provider's billing cycle has reset. Some providers reset the rollover balance at the end of each billing cycle.

Rollover Limitations:

  • Some services have limitations on how much can be rolled over or how long it can be kept. Verify if there are any such terms in your service agreement.

Service Plan Changes:

  • If you recently changed your service plan, this might have affected your rollover balance. Review any recent changes to your plan.

Errors or Glitches:

  • Sometimes, system errors or glitches can cause rollover balances to not be displayed correctly. Contact your service provider to check if there is a known issue.

Account Activity:

  • Review your account activity for any usage that might have consumed the rollover balance.

Steps to Resolve the Issue

Review Account Details:

  • Log in to your account on the service provider’s website or app and check the detailed billing or usage history to understand what happened to the rollover balance.
  • Review the terms and conditions of your service plan to understand the rollover policy, including any limits or conditions that might apply.

Monitor for Updates:

  • Keep an eye on your account for any updates or corrections that might be made by the service provider.

Example Service Providers and Specific Actions

Mobile Data Plans (e.g., AT&T, Verizon):

  • Check the details of your data plan and any messages from the provider about changes to rollover policies.
  • Contact their customer service for clarification.

Subscription Services (e.g., Internet, Streaming):

  • Review your subscription terms regarding rollover credits or balances.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Many thanks...quite right

Rollover pages have now reset and are showing correctly

It seems the rollover pages have disappeared. If this is related to tracking gold prices or managing gold investments, ensure all data sources are correctly linked and check if any updates or changes have affected the display. For accurate gold rate in oman  information, consider using reliable financial platforms or apps.
