I 've seen some posts regarding this and I don't see any answers. I am starting to think this whole 'rollover pages' thing is a scam and I'm getting really tired of this run around when trying to find the answer. I have tried to ask the AI assistant and was told they can't help be and that no support agents are available. I was in the middle of possibly receiving assistance from a 'live agent' when they disconnected the conversation, after I told them I wanted to know why I have NEVER had 1 page roll over. Just looking back at the last 3 months I have used 211/300 (August), 160/300 (July), and 105/300 (June). So why is it today, when I am actually about to go over my 300 page allotment, I have ZERO rolled over pages? Why is every post I've read say - I'll message you privately so that no one else can see a solution? I only looked this time at my pages because I am about to be charged for using paper that I PAID FOR and saw that I have NOTHNG rolled over. I am considering cancelling this and tossing this POS printer and buying from a company that doesn't try and pull one over on people and then conveniently 'disconnects' when trying to find a solution. No customer service number to call (that I can find), no contact email, nothing.
