- Rollover pages not showing

I am supposed to get rollover pages for my subscription. When I looked it shows that I have used 0 of 0 rollover pages. I'd expect the second number to show something as for the last two months I've only used 4 and 5 pages. So I should have at least 21. I haven't looked further back, its likely to be more than that. Thanks
