I am allowed rollover pages up to 150. I haven’t used my printer  in months (we moved and I haven’t even turned it on since February). And before that printed maybe 1-5 pages a month for a few months as well. But it says I have  0 of 0 rollover to use. How can I fix this? Does the printer itself need to be on to see this?

The printer needs to be turned on and connected to the internet to report usage to the Instant Ink servers.  If the printer has been disconnected since February it will have several months unaccounted for.  I would suggest turning the printer on and make sure it is connected to the internet.  Within a couple days the printer information should update and the information should be corrected.
