I do not understand how rollover pages work.

I was on the 100-page plan and used 67 pages in the month.  So I should have 33 rollover pages credit, correct?

For the next month I downgraded to the 50-page plan.  This plan has a rollover limit of 50 pages, so I should be credited with all 33 rollover pages.

However, I was credited with zero rollover pages.

Please explain?

My understanding is that rollover pages reset if the plan is changed (either up or down).  I would suggest contacting HP Instant Ink support. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  You will probably need to wait until Monday, I do not think they are open on Sundays in the US.
