If I downgrade plans, will I lose all my rollover pages?

Hi @Em12371,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, HP Instant Ink plans and policies may change over time, so it's essential to check the most current terms and conditions on the HP Instant Ink website or contact HP support for the latest information. However, I can provide some general information based on how the program worked.

In most cases, downgrading your HP Instant Ink plan could result in a loss of your accumulated rollover pages. Rollover pages are a feature of higher-tier Instant Ink plans that allow you to roll over any unused pages from your monthly allotment to the next month, up to a certain limit.

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you may lose access to the rollover pages feature, and any accumulated rollover pages may be forfeited. It's essential to understand the terms and conditions of the specific plan you're considering downgrading to, as HP's policies could vary.

To avoid losing any rollover pages, you should:

Review HP's instant ink current terms and conditions for Instant Ink plans to understand the rollover page policies associated with your current plan and the plan you wish to downgrade to.

Contact HP Instant Ink Support: Before making any changes to your plan, it's a good idea to contact HP support directly.

They can provide you with the most up-to-date information and help you understand the implications of downgrading your plan in terms of rollover pages.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
