Hi @cdeiss,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
HP Instant Ink plans typically allow you to accumulate unused pages over time, which can roll over to the next month. However, if you haven't used your printer much, there could be a few reasons why your rollover pages have disappeared.
- Account or Plan Changes: Even if you haven’t changed your plan, sometimes account changes or updates could affect rollover pages. Verify with HP that there haven’t been any unintentional modifications to your plan.
- Plan Expiration or Cancellation: If your HP Instant Ink plan has expired or been canceled, rollover pages may be forfeited. Check your account status and ensure your plan is still active.
- Account Errors: Occasionally, there could be an issue with your account that might cause pages to not appear correctly.
- System Updates: Sometimes, system updates or maintenance can affect your page count. HP Support might be able to check if there were any system-wide issues affecting rollover pages.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
