I have an instant ink subscription and I am running low on black instant ink. The printer struggles to print black or any dark colour. But I can see in my instant ink account that new ink has not been shipped or anything. How can I get a new instant ink cartridge?
I know it is supposed to be automatic, but even if the supply shows that there is still less than a quarter amount of black ink, the reality is the black ink is struggling to print and needs to be replaced. Please let me know how I can organise a new black instant ink cartridge?
