I purchased a HP Office Jet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer and subscribed to the Instant Ink program on October 16. Under the shipping history it shows a Welcome Kit was sent however no tracking information has shown up. I waited patiently since it states it could take 10 business days. On November 4 I used the virtual chat option through which it stated replacement ink would be sent to me since I was out of the ink that came with the printer. Unsure if this would really resolve the issue I called and spoke to an actual person on November 5. She assured me that ink would be sent express and to expect it on November 8th or 9th. Here it is November 12th and still no welcome kit or ink. I also signed up for the trial paper that was to come with the Welcome Kit. This is very discouraging since I use a lot of ink and paper between work and homeschooling. I seriously regret purchasing this printer and feel at the very least I will have to cancel the Instant Ink and purchase ink elsewhere which will be expensive for me. I hope someone can help.
