I already enrolled for instant  ink everything was successful I was able to print two pages then i tried printing by sending a page via printer email which never printed and it started giving me the same error. Cannot print until we enroll on instant ink

Hi @Ametex-prtr1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • I understand you are not able to print using the ePrint feature.
  • Have you tried printing from the computer and check if that works?
  • You may try making a copy on the printer too.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet. Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.

Try printing.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document.

 

If you are not able to print only using the ePrint email address, refer to this document.
