Hi @Robertfulks1980,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you’re unable to re-enroll your HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer in HP Instant Ink, here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help.

  • Check Printer Eligibility: Verify that your HP ENVY 4501 is still eligible for HP Instant Ink. You can check eligibility by visiting HP's Instant Ink website and logging into your HP account or contacting HP support directly.
  • Restart the Printer and Check Connection: Power off your printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and turn it back on. Ensure that it's connected to Wi-Fi and that there are no network issues that could interfere with re-enrollment.
  • Log into Your HP Account: Go to your HP account on the HP Instant Ink website. Check for any pending alerts or messages about your printer. You may need to remove the printer from your account and re-add it before attempting to re-enroll.
  • Update Firmware: Outdated firmware can sometimes cause enrollment issues. Check for any available firmware updates in the HP Smart app or on the HP support website for your printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
