Hallo, ich versuche, meinen Drucker neu aufzuspielen und erhalte am Ende stets die Meldung "Scanfunktion ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar". Alle Treiber und die neuste Software habe ich bereits aus dem Netz heruntergeladen und auch den HP Drucker und Scan-Droktor. Nichts hilft, ich kann nicht den Scanner vom Rechner aus aufrufen und bedienen.
Danke im Voraus für Hilfe.
