Hi - My current HP Envy died, and I happen to have another one that a roommate left here. It was never set up with Instant Ink. It also doesn't have any ink cartridges at all in it. I can't put my current cartridges into it, of course, and I can't set it up on the wireless network with no cartridges in it. What do I do? I am in a bit of a printing emergency.

I understand you are having an issue with HP instant ink cartridges. I am glad to assist you.

 

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
