My friend recently gave me his printer and I need help setting it up. I have reset it to the factory defaults and connected wirelessly to my internet. I have tried to enroll it to the Instant Ink program and i go through the whole process. I click the enroll button after entering my payment information...It loads, then brings me back to the HPapp on my phone and nothing has changed and I am still getting the error message that the printer cannot be used untill it is enrolled in Instant Ink. What do I do? I have tried resetting it so many times I feel I am just going around in circles

I understand that you are unable to enroll in instant ink, I am glad to assist you.
This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
