HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have (factory) reset the printer multiple times to allow me to register the printer code for instant ink but the code is not being accepted saying the HP+ is a new printer and needs to be set up.

The main challenge is the ink is not usable as the printer is a pre-owned printer and the ink is registered to the previous owner hence I'm unable to complete the setup successfully after reset - I just skip the installation ink part.
Hence, I can't add the printer to my new HP cloud account and the printer code doesn't work to allow me to claim the printer.
I am trying to avoid buying a new ink as the instank ink is more economical.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
