Shipping delays

As always, I re-order ink through my HP printer status link, has always arrived the next business day. Order placed 2/12 and finally arrived 2/2. 
the initial excuse was weather where there wasn’t any. Looking thru the time line from day 1, it wasn’t handed off to FedEx till the 20th. 
From there, almost two weeks to here. 
I want to tell HP they lost a customer but there is actually no way to do that. For now on, Office Depot.
