I have two printers enrolled in instant ink. For some unknown reason, I am receiving the ink under the same shipping name for both printers, That makes it extremely difficult to determine where the ink should be placed. I have tried to correct it online, but when I change the shipping name for one, the other one changes also. I need to have the printer shipping name different for each printer. How do I do this?

@Wayne192179, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Due to the shared account for printers, email, and the identical shipping address, the shipping name cannot be modified. If you have multiple printer models, you can differentiate them using the ink cartridge numbers. For identical printers, please refer to your account details for identification.

I hope this helps.
