This question is actually in regards to the All-In product. However it does not have a category in where to place the question.

 

I signed up yesterday for HP All-In and I received an offer for a gift card to fill out a short survey. I filled out and received the offer that is not what this question is about. I never received any email confirming my enrollment or anything has been shipped. I have received nothing except for the gift card via email. I installed the app and it does not show anything. Was there an error or something?
