Site geeft aan dat ik nog geen inkt heb gebruikt terwijl mijn inkt op is

De instant inkt van mijn printer is al een hele tijd op. In mijn account wordt aangegeven dat ik nog geen inkt heb gebruikt, dus ik krijg geen nieuwe cartridges. Ik kan niet op een normale manier contact krijgen hiervoor, dus hopelijk kan iemand mij hier wel helpen, want ik heb nieuwe inkt nodig.
