Size of ink carts

HP Recommended
Inkjet 5200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is anyone else getting the wrong size ink carts all of a sudden for your printer?   I am supposed to be getting 63's XL and they have been sending me the small 65's that I use up in 20 minutes.  This is not going to work for me.  I have used this service flawlessly for years........  Is this a known issue due to a shortage or something???  I have an insane amount of color printing lately and just opened all of my boxes and every one of the carts are the small size, wow!

This is very frustrating I may add.  No live chat.......it's not working and haven't been able to get through to customer service.
