I have been enjoying the Instant Ink program but now I have so many replacement cartridges. Can I cancel or pause my account until I have used them? Or should I downgrade my plan (I’m on 100 pages/month)?
I don’t want to stop permanently and I don’t want to have to return my unused cartridges, I just don’t want to have to store so many.

The document here has information on contacting HP Instant Ink Support. You may want them to temporarily suspend shipments (but not the program).
Be aware that if you cancel or suspend the service the Instant Ink the cartridges will stop working and will need to be returned to HP per the terms of service.
