Software Install does not want to work

I can NOT install software on my printer I can "only" print alignment page and nothing else.

Can you help me out please, but I need you to do the work.

To isolate the issue further, I would like to know the following-

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 

What is the error message you get while trying to install the drivers?
