Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-dw1013dx

Estuve inscrita en instaink 100 hojas por mes por 3 años, desde el año 2021 hasta enfrió de 2024; siempre me descontaron mensualmente el dinero.  Y solo me llegó tinta 5 veces en estos años.  Cuando reclamé nadie me resuelve. Además no hablo inglés, eso es muy difícil para mi, me siento discriminada y robada. 

Ahora tengo mi impresora, tengo tinta pero no funciona si no estoy inscrita en  instaink.  Y necesito imprimir las tareas de mis hijos.  Por favor ayúdeme a resolver. Gracias.
