HP Envy 4520 all in one Printer
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I got a message from HP saying that "there is an issue with my account. I tried to sign in and it wouldn't allow me to based on my choice of products: HP Envy 4520 all in one printer.

Later I got in through a back door. And I found only one thing wrong: it said I had "expired" on Chrome. I have moved from using Safari to Chrome this month.

What does that have to do with shutting down my printing? Or does it?

I can't talk to anyone. I don't know how to get my printer ( a few years old now) up and running. They do send me ink. But I can't print as of yesterday. I am puzzled and don't know what to try next? Buy a new printer? I hope not!
