Speak with someone

Deskjet 26000

I would like to speak with someone real instead of virtual agent. I had to go in holiday and my ink was sent back to the sender. I try ask Royal Mail but they say that I have to contact the sender. But I can’t speak with anyone. It is very bad. I am thinking to leave.
