Salve a tutti.
Avete qualche suggerimento su come e cosa provare?
Grazie in anticipo a tutti!

Hello everyone. I have an ENVY 5030 multipurpose printer for 5 years and up to 2 months everything worked fine until it started every 3 x 2 to show a message "to print you need to connect the printer to the network and register it to instant ink".
Connecting me to my Instant Ink profile gives me a warning that the printer has blocked cartridges and needs to be cleaned, but the printer finds it and also gives me the approximate ink level. Trying to clean the heads from the printer, I get a message that it is not connected to the internet, but on the printer connection screen there is the network name and the status is ON. In fact, trying to print via Wi-Fi I find it, but no document starts printing. Through the HP SMART App, I can connect to the printer but only to scan documents, when I try to print it tells me that the printer is not online. I don't know what to do anymore, is there no way out? It's like a cat chasing its own tail.
Do you have any suggestions on how and what to try?
Thanks in advance to everyone!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App.
If the issue persists, try these steps:
Let's run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Hi, I re-installed the HPSMART App and solved one of the problems, now it recognizes it and does not disconnect, but it continues to give me problems with the cartridges. A message on the PC (HP Laptop 15) says that the cartridges are no longer usable, and on the printer display the message says to clean the cartridges, but the procedure does not start. I have printed about 20 pages with these cartridges as the level from which they are at 72-75%

No, they don't, they are the ones who sent me via Instant Ink. They don't send me others until the printer is ok (not recognizing the cartridges, the printer does not send a request for replacement). I wrote 2 times to SUPPORT and 2 times they told me to connect the printer, otherwise they won't send me cartridges. I know that I have to buy them, but it worries me, that they could be useless if this is not the problem and it is a Novecento printer that cannot recognize them. Thank you!
