Product: Office jet 5200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm trying to enroll in the Instant Ink program and received a "Request failed with status code 400". I followed the directions to remove Web Services, re-enable them, and print out a new code. I got the same error message again.
What does 400 mean?

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
- Have you tried using a different browser?
- Could you share the screenshot of the error screen?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
