I canceled the instaink subscription because we dont used it that much, and still being charged for it after they confirmed said cancelation. What happens next?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see you have been charged after that instant ink cancelllation. This is far from ideal. Once you cancel the account the final bill will be generated in the next billing cycle.

If you are still getting charged, Looks like the cancellation might have not gone through. I request you to share  the details in a private message. 

 

To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.

 

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
