Still waiting for my ink

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It has been 14 days that my cartridges should have been sent, but no cartridges arrived yet, no track & trace number, and no news. I have no ink left in my printer...

When will it arrive? I hope this is not the way this subscription service works...
