What seems to be the issue? Could you please elaborate more? 

 

To better assist you - 

 

  • Were you able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink?
  • Are you trying to print the claim code without the ink? 
  • May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
