I have followed all of the trouble shooting advice on the HP sites for Supply System Problem. Only the yellow cartridge is showing with a problem. I switched to a separate yellow cartridge, but it still does not work. The HP ink cartridge is not empty, but will not work. How can I get the yellow cartridge replaced by HP ink, and/or get my printer to work. I am a teacher and I need this printer for making supplies for my students. Help!!!!
